Why is it when I have all the time in the world to do a few little jobs, I always leave it until the last minute? I’m back at work tomorrow, and haven’t done any of the things I should’ve these last few weeks! I’m off to New York in a few months, so I’ve been printing loads of info about where to go / what to do (despite having been before), instead of working. To say I’m overexcited for NYC, would be an understatement! My Moleskine City Notebook is at the ready, just waiting for me to fill it with crap and I’m already making lists of what I want to buy!
Lately, I’ve really had the urge to decorate my room and looking at Stanislav Katz’ designs hasn’t helped! It’s like this guy has walked straight into my mind, whipped out my dream room and made it to specification, and is now going to charge me an excessive amount to put it to use. Also, The Pod Hotel is another example of wonderful design. If only I had all the money in the world, I’d be the owner of something you see on Grand Designs (except someone else can do all the hard work for me, thanks.)
My back issues of ELLE are taking up too much space and I need to get rid. I fear the only way it’ll happen, is if I cut out my favourite / inspiring parts to keep. I won’t lie. This is going to hurt.
