Life Through The Lens • An Autumn Walk

When it’s dry (and even better, sunnier) it seems there are plenty of things to do outside, but when it’s cold, damp and grey I find myself searching for reasons to leave our cosy, little home. I think I’ve exhausted all of our local coffee shops and shopping centres, for a little while! We’ll be going to rhyme-time at the library soon, but Byron’s still got a cough and I don’t want him to pass it to any other children.

Tuesday was cold and misty, but dry so I took Byron for a walk at our local country park. I think it’ll become a firm favourite next summer! I love that a few miles in one direction, there’s this abundance of trees and woodland around a massive lake and in the other, I’m on the motorway. We’ve definitely got the best of both worlds!
